Returns
All returns must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging and labels.

Please note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. We strongly recommend returning items using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin the refund process. It may take at least 7 days from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed. It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once the refund process is complete.
